I am proud to announce that Yodle has completed the acquisition of ProfitFuel, the largest provider of SEO services to local businesses in the U.S. Yodle now becomes the largest independent provider of local search marketing in the U.S., with a client base topping 21,000 and an elite staff of more than 450 sales and service professionals.
With this acquisition, our goal stays the same,: to change the game for small businesses by making online advertising more accessible and accountable. What changes is the additional scale we have to accelerate the speed of product innovation to help small businesses keep pace with the fast moving online landscape.
On the product front, we look forward to leveraging ProfitFuel’s significant SEO expertise and providing clients with an even broader range of price point’s and services, which includes: Website Design, Paid Search Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social, Coupons and Display.
On the team front, David Rubin, previously CEO of ProfitFuel will be taking the position of SVP of Sales for Yodle. David is an industry veteran with a reputation for excellence and we’re delighted to have him leading our sales organization. We are also very excited to welcome many more talented team members from across sales, service, marketing, operations and corporate that have contributed to making ProfitFuel such a success.
