Earlier today we announced the results of the First Annual Yodle Small Business Sentiment Survey. The survey looks at American small business owners’ perspective on work-life balance, professional and personal worries, and government and institutional support. The survey also examines the rate at which small business owners are adopting modern technology and marketing approaches which, among other things, showed that more than half of them still don’t have a website or measure the results of their marketing programs.
We recently recorded a podcast with Louis Gagnon, Yodle’s Chief Product and Marketing Officer, to discuss the survey. Louis shares why we conducted this survey of 300+ small business owners, and talks about some of the most significant findings.
We hope that you find the results of the survey insightful, and encourage you to leave below any comments or questions you have about the results.
